Mulberry is designed to keep your property taxes without an additional city tax. The city has been planned to give you more control without adding to your tax burden.
Mulberry is set to bloom in northeast Gwinnett County, Georgia, spreading across both sides of Interstate 85 and including the charming Hamilton Mill area of over 2,200 homes. Covering about 29.5 square miles, Mulberry will nestle right up to Hall and Barrow counties and share borders with the lovely City of Braselton. It’s a perfect spot for our new community.
Mulberry is the largest city in Gwinnett County measured in terms of land area of 25.91 square miles, followed by Peachtree Corners at roughly 16.2 square miles. The remaining cities in Gwinnett county are generally smaller than 10 square miles each.
Mulberry will still get top-notch services like parks, police, and fire protection through a partnership with Gwinnett County. The difference is that local folks will handle planning and zoning, keeping our community’s best interests in mind.
